Got the email last night. She's gonna pull the last LQI today and then it's wait until the 29th to close.
It was our choice. Our lease is until end of June and the property managment has been picky about leasing the place out. We figured we'd rather stick it out than pay an extra month's rent for naught. I'm still suffering from anxeity from this whole process so hopefully it all ends with the closing.
