Thats one plus right! I was hoping to push mine up til this month but I said well atleast if its in july we have no payment due til september!

That is NOT good news for me. My file isn't even in UW yet and I'm scheduled to close on the 22nd of July.

My movers are scheduled here for the 28th and I really was hoping if we had to delay it wouldn't be passed then.

theholst- I wouldnt worry too much I have heard of people closing on the same day the file comes back from USDA so keep your fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed for everyone.  Im getting a little antsy myself now, I expected to hear back with final approval yesterday since we met the conditions on Monday (well agreed to the downpayment towards value of the pool) but nothing yet :/ hopefully today or tommorow :/
