Help!

Does anyone know a mortgage company in NC who will not count your student loan payments if they are deferred for twelve months?  FHA says they have to be deferred twelve months from date of closing...that seems impossible considering you can only defer loans for twelve months at a time.  Any suggestions greatly appeciated!

Re: Help!

Not that I know of, 12 months is the minimum they must be deferred for.  It is a shame as some student loan lender will only do 12 months at a time, usually if you are still in school though they will defer for longer than 12 months.  Would that be the case for you, or is your student loan lender at 12 months max no matter what?
