Mortgage Company Advice

What is the best place to apply for a mortgage.  As you can see my scores are not the best.  I do have a couple of collections and charge offs that will be dropping off my report within 60 days (hit the 7 year mark).  Just really like a house and need to get approved before they drop off.

Any had good luck with a specific mortgage company?

I would apply with a lender who is able to do FHA loans, your interest rate & payments will be much more affordable than going with conventional financing.
