I have just been told that we are preapproved to begin building. I submitted tax transcripts, bank statements and pay stubs to the builders preferred lender and they said all is good for a 220k sales price to go ahead and choose a lot and go under contract. Is it safe to say that they looked over everything and I should be good to go when the time comes to close?
