Piggy Back Loan 80/10

does any one know if mortgage lenders still give 80 / 10 mortgages?

I have score of TU 770 and EQ 777.

my mortgage broker that I closed on told me that no one does 80/10 anymore. and my PNC mortgage consultant says PNC has 80/10/10 program. I am just confused who should I trust and who dont.

trust the one who has it.... they exist.

we have it.... and we are conservative.

cool thank you for the information.  One more questions do you know if the 10% would be fixed or variable loan?

15yr fixed for sure.

maybe 20 & 30yr fixed for a little bump in the rate. usually a .5% or so add on.
