Got a letter back from Navy. Can't speak to the credit review board, but the U/W says they like to see 4 yrs post BK for conventional. She says I should keep doign what I'm doing. So there's that.
Dr's appt later this afternoon to go with the FHA option, but at least the NFCU response shaved a year off my waiting time. Worst case now: I buy in Dec 2014.
