Wells Fargo Foreclosure

We put in an offer on a Wells Fargo foreclosure and we just got back an addendum to sign plus the request for the earnest money.  The offer was 92,000 plus $3000 in closing costs paid. Is there anything I should watch for during closing or any special clauses that I should know about?

Re: Wells Fargo Foreclosure

Usually banks only sell homes "as is", if that is the case in your situation, be sure to do your home inspection first before shelling out money for an appraisal.  You don't want to pay money for an appraisal and then a home inspection after, just to find out you don't like the condition of the home.
