Hello,

When the lender pulls your credit report for the 2nd time before you are about to close, Are they suppose to let you know before they it?

I don't think so. Mine didn't tell me before they did it.

Thanks for the reply! my LO actually called me today and told me he was going to pull my credit report again (what a coincidence). I close Oct 30th and my scores actually went up more than I expected. Back in May when I applied for my mortgage, my score was at 633 and my LO today advised me that my mid score was 714!!!

Hope that's what happens to me. Don't intend to stop the repairs after pre-approval, and neither should U! :-)
