i know the short sale will take some time but my question is do they ever pay closing costs.....
we made a offer $150k there asking price plus closing knowing they would counter with more and thats fine but do does anyone know if they pay closing ????
please tell me your experiances wioth short sale and the trimelines it took you to get a answer ...i would love to know what others have experianced ...
also my fha loan is at 5.25% does this sound right .....
