seller paid closing cost FHA
I know a seller can pay my closing costs
Can they pay my pre-paids?
Can they pay my upfront FHA premium if I don't want to tack it onto the loan ?
The max benefit I can receive from the sellers is 6% of sales price ?
This is an FHA loan.
