Credit One Bank Goodwill letter?

Hello all! I'm fairly new to the forums and was wondering if anyone had an email/mailing address i could send a goodwill letter to? Thanks!

Google the CEO/Pres of the company. It took me a few letters, but they finally agreed to delete an old account for me from 2009 a few weeks ago.

Ok also how should i go about the goodwill letter? I have a charge off from last year. ive seen people say that the debt is not theirs and had it taken off that way, or ask for a PFD?
