I need info about the best contacts to send PFD letters to ProCollect and Central Finance Control. Also, has anyone had any success with these companies? Thanks.

I got a central finance control collection on my credit but I haven't contacted them. I would like to pfd them but I need to save up enough money to pay them if they accept. Mine is a medical collection so if all else fails I can use the hippa process to get it removed.
