Hello all! I am new here to the group. I just started really focusing on our credit and started credit service monitoring with Credit Check Total. When I seen my report I seen a collection that had just popped on my credit report. Its for Sprint in the amount of $363.00 by Enhanced Recovery. There is no Sprint account listed on my credit report and we haven't even had them since 2007. I found the CA website and sent them an email and offered full payment if they would delete. No such luck, they emailed me back that they have to report correctly. Should i just keep emailing and hope to find someone that is willing? I really don't remember owing Sprint anything and I never received one letter about any of it.
Thanks for any suggestions you got!
I ditched a sprint account at the end of '07 as well, and Enhanced Recovery picked up the tab for $600+
I just disputed the account on all 3 Bureaus and I guess they could not verify anything and I just got notice this week that they have been deleted on all 3 reports ![]()
I didn't even bother trying to contact them for a Settlement or a PFD.
Great! Thanks for the advice.
