I have a 30 day late from Nov. 10, it was there fault. They scheduled a payment from my savings account to clear balance for the month only to find out they cant authorize savings account payments over the phone. By the time I found out it couldn't be done and sent payment from checking account, they dinged me 30 day late. I would love that goodwill contact info also. That 30 day late costs me about 50 points. Thanks.
