Investigation = Score Drop?

Wondering if anyone can offer some advise.  I recently disputed my LVNV account with the CRA.  I just received an SW alert.  It said my score dropped 6 points.  This account went from "paid collection" to "collection account".  Is that why the score dropped?  Is it just me, or does this read as an open collection?  Is this normal from an investigation?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

This is a normal thing that Equifax does during an investigation.  The comment should return to Paid collection after the investigation is over unless they delete the TL.  I had this happen to me when I did a dispute recently.
