Whoa, I don't mean to dig something up that isn't there. I thought you said you had the judgment but if you looked at all the public records and its not there - then there is nothing to worry about. I'm sorry I mis-read your post. I would never suggest that people go out to find something that isn't there. I only suggest taking care of judgments before mortgage applications - but if you don't have one, there is nothing to take care of.
