Yes the scores here would count it and I'm not sure about the EX score from PSECU but I know the WM score is FICO08 so it would be excluded.

From a BK years ago to:
EX - 3/11 pulled by lender- 835, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782

PSECU was/is EX/FI Risk Model V2. I don't think that's FICO08.
