Should I send the PFD letters certified mail or just regular mail?  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Wasting money when you send PFD/GW certified mail.

You only need to send certified when you might need proof that you sent it.

GW and PFD are agreements that a CA/OC willing accepts(or not) and they are not bound by any law to agree or respond to such letters. Send regular mail.
