Pay For Deletion response from RJM

I received a response to my PFD letter I sent to RJM.  In it says they are "pleased to accept the sum of $44.74 in full satisfaction of the above referenced account."  Then it says "Upon receipt and clearance of $44.74, this account will be satisifed in full, and, as per ypur specific request, RJM will have our reporting of this account deleted with experian and Trans-Union."  This is what I needed from them correct?  Is this all?  Thanks in advance!-Ernst

Re: Pay For Deletion response from RJM

Is this reporting to Equifax?

I think you'll be safe with that. If I am remembering correctly, they are known to be PFD-friendly.

Re: Pay For Deletion response from RJM

Lucky you.  I still have not received any response from them yet.  Today is the 30th day. They are still reporting on my CR with Experian and Equifax.I dont know how much longer I should give them?  15 more days?  If they still have not responded, do I notify the CRA?  What type of letter do I send?

Response from what? A DV? PFD? GW?
