Utility acct only shows on online dispute CR

I have a utility acct that has been paid on EX. It doesn't show up when I pull my EX report but when I go into online disputes it shows up as a negative account. Does anyone know why this account only shows when I am on the EX online dispute report and not on the regular report? This account is not on EQ or TU.

Disputed accounts are not factored into scoring. Maybe that's the reason why it's not showing. Hopefully they won't respond and it will be gone. Good Luck!

I haven't disputed it yet, although I have the option to dispute it. I am afraid to touch it..lol. I just find it odd that it only shows up on the online dispute report. Even when I used EQ to pull all three of my reports it still didn't show on EX...weird.
