I am preparing to call amex to graduate me from my payment plan after paying in full and being 90 days late. Apparently the card has not been closed. Has anyone been through this before with them? Im looking forward to using my card again and getting back on track! They told me to call them the day I make the payment and it should take 4 days. i hope they arent fooling me!
