success in getting a paid medical collection removed

I had paid a medical hospital colection a few months back which was $35.  My credit score for equifax went from 722 to 804-----this is great.

I have a med collection due to come off any day now and it is the only baddie on my reports. You give me hope in that my score may jump significantly as well.
