I applied for a mortgage recently and I am 6 points shy of saving approx $3K. My mid score is EFX at 694. My last baddie was a 60day reported 7/07 on a student loan acct. My score is so low b/c I have a collections from Amex dating back to 04. My report shows 23 consecutive payments to AES and is current as of 6/09. Does anyone know when AES reports? Does the two year anniversary coincide with 24 consecutive months? And how much of a boost do you think I can expect?
