I have defaulted student loans about to start rehab. I noticed that on my CR that its being listed by sallie mae and the ca. I have 2 questions. Is the dofd the first time it was late(30 day) or 180 day? I also noticed that the CA date and sallie mae date are different. Sallie mae date is 8/2006...where as CA date is 5/2007. Is this legal, or does the CA have to have the same date as sallie mae....thanks in advance.
