I'm with you....I haven't been given any SW alerts since the 11th and items have been added to my report and accounts since then and nothing....and also another inquiry through my lender as well....
Should we go on strike or something, Braves? I'm so furious. Last time I called they did give me a free report but she said "As a one time courtesy" so I'm assuming if I called again they'd tell me NO.

I don't know, but I am confused as to why I am paying for a service I am not receiving ---- as I am sure you are as well....
I got four emails today. One said no changes to my score. Then got one for a new account (walmart) then got two separate emails saying new account (Lowe's). Mind you, these accounts were opened a week ago.
So Weird.
I also didn't get an email from the MyFico folks telling me what was wrong, even though she told me I would hear back within 48 hours.
SW used to work, I could set it like a clock that I'd get the email of no change, or the SW change every Saturday.
I hope it gets fixed fast.
Just checked emails. TWO MORE SW ALERTS! Same thing - new accounts. WTcussword? I'm hoping this is a sign they are fixing things. I want my old SW back.
Just want to say KUDOS to myfico for fixing the problem. I'm back on track to my Saturday morning SW alerts. Very happy w/ this. Thanks!
