Well you are going to have to look up used car values to determine if the price is fair. Just off hand it seems a little high to me. When looking up value be sure to account for the high mileage. Also if you are looking for financing for this vehicle the mileage is going to make it difficult at best. I'm sure there is some useful life left in the car with proper maintenance but at that point you are looking at wear and tear repairs that could come unexpectedly.
Bottom line is I personally would not be comfortable with those miles. At that price range I think you can find a better deal if you look around.
You should not pay more than $8k for this car. Make sure you have it checked out by an independent mechanic! Also as the above poster said, financing will be difficult and expensive on a car with this many miles
