My wife and I are in the market for a new car. We've been looking at many different financing rates. As of now the lowest I can find is at Navy Federal Credit Union for 60mo at 4.49% and 72mo at @4.79%.
Does anyone have any suggestions on current good financing rates (Feb. 2025) for a new car around $85k with an 800+ credit score? Looking at a Mercedes.
Agree with the above post, with a caveat that in some cases it makes sense to go with a higher rate initially *if* it qualifies you for a rebate or discount. Then just do an immediate refi to the lower rate thru NFCU, sometimes they offer a $200 promo for refinancing as well.
