I know the dealerships around my area pulls TU. I car searched last year but didn't get any decent approvals so I waited a year. Last year, my score was in the low to mid 500s. My TU score is currently 643. I just pulled it today. Will I have a good shot at getting a loan with a decent interest rate? I know I won't get the best, but under 10%?? I have a car that was paid off early with 1 30-day and 1 60-day late from 2007. That was when I just started with credit and didn't care. I currently have a car loan now, never been late but upside down about $2. I'm looking for an SUV around 15K. Would I have a good chance? Any suggestions on dealerships to apply?
Thanks in advance!
P.S. - I went up 100+ points in 1 year. Anyone can do it! Time heal all wounds!! Thanks MF!
Nissan usually will go to 600-620 range for promo financing
Toyota will go to 650
Ford I believe is 650-680
