I am trying to advise my SIL on a car purchase. She lives in Scottsdale area. scores around 670, I don't have many details on what's in her score. Any reccomendations on CUs in the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro that can work with her score? Probably around $30k purchase and $10k down. Any reccomendations are helpful.

One AZ CU would work out best for her with the 670 score, check them out!
