I have 8 lates on my current auto loan opened in July 2020. Any advice?
8 separate 30 days lates ? or a mix of 30,60,90 ? All you can really do is wait it out till they're gone. If there were some extreme circumstances behind the lates, you could try contatcing the lender and plead your case for goodwill but otherwise at this point, do what you can to set yourself up so as to never be late again. If you feel any of these reported lates were in error, by all means dispute them with the CB's.I'm sure these lates are dragging down your scores, but time and on time payments with this loan and your other consumer debts will improve them. Its a lousy feeling, I know Ive been there. You can and will recover but you need a plan to make every payment on time, every time.
Is this a car you plan to keep ? How old? Balance ?
When were your late payments? Recent? Spread out? Was it a matter of not having the funds or procrastination? If not a financial issue then you may wish to set up for auto pay. Hopefully, the late payments were longer ago.
What is your question?
Get your payments current if they are not.
Sell the car if you cannot afford it.

Same advice that was given to you in your other thread. Focus on getting your existing open accounts current and paid on time before addressing older / unpaid debt.
If your auto loan is current and hasn't been late since 2020 you could try sending GW requests to your creditor to ask for the lates to be removed.
