Good Morning All,
When I checked my report yesterday, their was a late payment for the month of Aug. I suppose. I checked all my bank statements compared to my payment history and I found no delinquencies. I called Nuvell and asked them what month was I supposedly late on, well he couldn't tell me a specific first he said Aug and I said I have proof of payment, then it was July which again I stated I had proof of payment, and then he said it was may, which I stated once again that I have proof of payment.
This conversation went on for twenty minutes and it got me no where. I had gotten very frustrated at this time because I couldn't understand him and I hope that doesn't offend anyone, so I just asked if they did GWA and he said he had never heard of that. I have already disputed with Nuvell once about a payment earlier this year that was suppose to be noted on my account that I was on military leave and that I couldn't pay it until they got my pay straight. I now have a comment on my report "Consumer Disputes After Resolution" which I have no idea what that means.
I am doing to dispute once again and send a GW letter to hopefully get this taken care of. I am sending my BS along with the letter of proof of payment.
Any insight or experience would be helpful.
They financed my last car until I was able to re-finance with NFCU with a much better interest rate. I always made all payments on their website directly where it took the money out of my checking account. I never had any problems getting credit for my monthly payments but when I re-financed I sent them the pay off check by overnight mail & I had proof of when it was delivered but they conveniently couldn't "find" it so I had to pay several days worth of interest in the meantime before they finally found it & paid off my account.
It was very frustrating at the time but considering they deal with people that have credit issues I really expected to have more problems with them than I did.
