Applying for DCU Loan problem *edit- Workaround found

I apologize if this is not a proper post for this forum.  Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue as me or if it is an isolated incident.  

I am trying to apply online for a dcu auto loan, and I have an account with them already.  The issue I am running into is on the actual account page, trying to open their Loan Center (or whatever they call it).   Has anyone been successfull at opening this page in the last 24 hours or so?  I have tried on multiple computers with no luck thus far.  I sent them an email asking if there are any issues on their end already, just wanted to know if anyone else has come across this other than myself.

Decided to try the main dcu page (not logged in to my account) to see if the loan application page would load.  It worked, and I was conditionally pre-approved for $22500 @1.74%.  I think I still have to go through some of the verification steps.
