Been awhile since I purchased a new car (12 plus years) Kind of stayed off the credit grid for many years also. AAoA is 4-6 years depending on CRA. Current scores per fico are 727 & 733. Exp Fako is 766 ( For some reason Exp is hanging on to some really old positive accounts ). New revolving accts appx 5 mos. Installments still show positive but they are from 2003. Income 56,000. When I last purchased a car don't think there was any such thing as auto enhanced. Not sure how this will hurt me. My concern is that some of the old accounts that are propping up my score will age off in two months or so.
What do you think my chances are for car loan now while I have a longer AAoA(26000-28000) as opposed to waiting for new accounts to age ?
Thanks for any input.
You'll probably have no problems getting top teir rates, auto loans are easy to qualify for. DCU will approve 1.9 for 65 months with a 675 EQ FICO.
