I would check a local CU and take a copy of your CR to them and see if they would give you an idea.  They may not do it without applying but it won't cost you an INQ if they will.

Try Capital one Auto Loan preapproval. They will tell you if you’re approved and how much. Then they will send you to a link of approved dealerships. You can get the terms of the vehicle you want right there... it’s pretty simple. They preapproved my mom no prob and she has very little income.

I had already applied, it was declined. Supposed to send a letter in 7-10 days.
