Approval odds

I'd like to get into a new car in the next two months.  Current scores are all 690-720 Fico 8 and 700-730 auto 8 and 9.  Income $165k with DTI at 9%.  Only challenges two paid charge offs for credit cards in 2019.  I currently have an ES350 (this is my second vehicle with Lexus).  I am looking at the RR Velar or as a fallback the RX.  I am flexible if I finance I will trade the car; if lease I will keep the car as a second vehicle.  Do you think I'll get approved for financing and/or lease?

Have you had auto loans in this price range before? Your scores and income certainly suggest an approval at, or close too, best rates.
