Hello,

How far back in time does an auto enhanced credit check go back? Is it like regular credit checks where the baddies fall off after 7 years? Thanks for any help.  Reson for asking I had a few lates on an auto in the nineties. Paid off a car in 2009 with no lates and am looking to buy a new car.

I dont think they consider that far back.

I had couple of 30 day lates on my auto loan in 2002, took another loan in 2005 and paid off full without any lates, got super preferred tier apr for acura in '09.

Auto Fico TU was 698 at that time , 20 points more than fico score

Your auto enhanced score is based off the same credit report used for all scores and all information. It is not tracked seperately. If a tradeline appears on your credit report, it will be included in your auto enhanced score. If it is not, then it wont.
