Auto Fiancing Advice

What should I do? My FICO scores are 590 EQ 618 TU 548 EX, my credit karma scores are 536 TU 527 EQ. I'm rebuilding credut but I really need a car. I got Discover Secured 200$ limit, Capital One Secured $200. I tried Capital One Auto navigator prequalified and got denied. Carvana is giving me a 17.8 interest rate. I have a good 3000 to put down. I have not applied for any financing yet. I'm waiting for one more paycheck net income of 1500 biweekly. I have no pass car credit. I have a bunch of student loans that are on forbearance. Then I have 2 closed CC. I have opened up Fingerhut CC as well. I have no military affliates. I need help in finding good financing rates. Area of Dallas in TX

If it was me i would use that 3K and and buy a decent car for cash while u work on your credit u will not get any good interest rates with those scores.
