So I got denied for a Credit Card Recently (practically a given right now but anyway!) So I pull my free EQ Report and see about $11k in Installment loans showing and I'm like that's weird my Credit Lines were paid off some time ago and only have very small school and then all credit cards...
Click and open and see my Infiniti Lease for just under $9k!!!
So of course I'm like WHAT? the car was $41k why is it showing under $9k.
So the reporting is for the term of my lease and for the payments DURING that lease, not the actual cost of the car!!!
Am I the only one that didn't know that's how leasing reports and talk about a hug! With just that reporting the perception under manual review is going to be that I have very little debt when it comes to auto and other installments, I know the payment is still going to be in UTIL as normal but overall debt is WAY less with this reporting.
