I plan to purchase a certified preowned Honda next January and just wanted to do a check in with the gurus here to make sure there is nothing else I should be doing besides gardening. I bank with Alliant and plan to use their car buying tool/finance through them. When I checked Cap One prequal a few months back I was getting rates between 3.5-5% depending on the age of the car. I plan to put ~10k down. My signature covers the particulars, but just to make things easier:

Included current loan, Court would not reaffirm so it shows as IIB - never late/never missed/has 0% financing from healthier credit days, will pay off and give to my teenager

Current Scores: TU 681 (disputing some items, so might come up), EX 704, EQ 718
Current Auto Scores: FICO AS4 - 688, FICO AS8 - 661, FICO AS9 - 723
My inquiries are currently hurting me (as is my short history), but I've no intent to do anything other than SP CLIs over the course of the next year.
Am I missing anything? Is there anything I could be doing to help? I relaxed off AZEO for a few months just because I don't have planned apps in the near future, but will resume in September. All of my cards are PIF every month. Sometimes I miss a statement date and end up with <1% reporting on more than one card (like I said, I'll be more mindful as the time approaches).
