Hello all,
I have a few questions and I think some of you might be able to answer them for me. First of all, I filed for BK 1.5 years ago and its now been 1 year since my discharge. I bought a car under my friends name, and now my friend wants me to put the car under my own name. With this said, I am wondering what kinds of ways do I have to do this? I am thinking of going to a BK friendly bank and apply for a car loan, but I think I have very slim chances to be approved. Can someone please recommend a bank or ways for me to get the car under my own name..
