Auto Loan Refi

Any recommendations on companies to use for auto loan refinancing?  My sister has poor credit and obtained an auto loan from a company with a 25% (outrageous I know) interest rate.  She signed a 3.5 year note about 1.5 years ago and owes $13,000 on the car (original principal balance was $16,000).  Her car payments are $600 a month and just entirely too much for her.  She is in school and working 2 jobs so I really want to help her get the car refinanced to lower her payments to about $350-$400 a month on a 3-4 year note.  I would guess that her credit score is about 515-540 or so.  Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!  Need to get her on the right track!  Thanks in advance!!!!

1. when you sign up for a terrible rate loan like that the idea is you work on what caused you to have to get that loan so you can refi.

2. if she really has under a 550 credit score after a year and half of this car it sounds like she has done even more bad things to her credit since getting the car and the answer would be no to refi let alone im sure she is upside down.
