Auto Refi questions

I have a 2010 Doge Chalenger SRT8 that I bought in 2012.  My loan is with Wells Fargo and I'm paying 7.2%.

im thinking about doing a refi with DCU. My EQ 08 is currently at 716 and a few balances on some CC that are at 0 will report soon which should pop me over 720. I'm hoping to qualify for their best rate.

I currently owe $19k on the loan and the Nada value shows at $33,100 for clean retail. Is that the value that they use?

if I do a refi with them can I get a loan for a higher amount than what I currently owe Wells Fargo? How does that work?

I would like to get as much of my equity out as I can on the car to pay off some higher interest credit card debt . I have some balances that are on 0% promos that are about to expire in 2 months.

Thanks for for any help or advice on this.

Re: Auto Refi questions

Yes, they will use NADA clean retail.

Cash out should be possible without much issues. Essentially they would send two checks: one to existing finance company to pay off the old loan and the remainder to you. Not all CUs do this, so you'll want to call and confirm though. I know for a fact, my CU, PSECU, does this though.

Calling them is best though. If they don't offer it come back here, I'm sure you can find a finance company that does if you have a 700+ FICO.
