At this point, with the stellar reliability and afforable repairs that Lexus is known for, why get an extended warranty? Consumer Reports thinks they're pretty much useless unless you're buying something that is known to have terrible reliability or defects, which begs the question of why you would buy that vehicle in the first place? 
I would skip it. Put the money in savings for when something goes wrong, which is highly unlikely with that vehicle.
