Auto Warranty Companies

Can anyone recommend any reputable auto warranty companies?  I am coming off of a warranty I had with Assurant Solutions through USAA and at 120k, I have reached my maximum mileage.  I have a 2010 Lexus HS250 that has performed perfectly through the warranty period from 28k through 120k.  I renewed 12k miles or so.   I want to give it to my young son who just joined the Air Force instead of him buying another used car he knows nothing about, he least knows this car's ability.  Thank you for any recommendations or advice!

At this point, with the stellar reliability and afforable repairs that Lexus is known for, why get an extended warranty? Consumer Reports thinks they're pretty much useless unless you're buying something that is known to have terrible reliability or defects, which begs the question of why you would buy that vehicle in the first place? Smiley LOL

I would skip it. Put the money in savings for when something goes wrong, which is highly unlikely with that vehicle.

I would say that I have to agree with DeeBee on this particular scenario.  However, I'm a huge fan of extended service agreements that mirror factory warranties.  Not a fan of the power train only type warranties (which I'm sure that'd be all you could get on a vehicles with such miles) not because they're bad, but because they're rarely used unless the vehicle has really high mileage and the vehicle hasn't been taken care of.
