Hello,
Long story short. My only 2 credit cards were with Chase. I got all my accounts closed randomly by them. Now my credit report shows 0 open trade lines, 0 available credit, etc.
However, I have 6 paid off auto loans on my report as well.
Amounts all ranging from 35k-90k, all in the last 4 years.
I am planning on buying a new car in the next month for around $110k. This is with BMW, and will finance with BMW FS. I have a paid off loan with them for $85k 2 years ago.
Should I have any issues here? Since I have no open trade lines. Zero late payments on anything
Thank you
Assuming you have good history with them, and sufficient income / DTI then I think you'll be approved.
However I'm guessing you won't qualify for their best rates, as your FICO scores might be depressed without any open revolving accounts. Have you pulled any of them recently to see where you stand ?
Given the recent payoff history, you should be okay.
Ask them about the ~$500 back that you should get for returning as a BMW customer.
just financed with bmw on a x5m two weeks ago, very simple. no proof of income or anything, only a transunion pull. 3.9 rate.

@MikeyM Is it TU Fico8 or Auto Fico8 that BMW considered? Thanks in advance.
