Average fico for getting approved with Road Loans

Just wondering what the average fico is for someone getting approved with Road Loans. I have a 599 and waiting for 8 more bills to hit the credit bureaus and hopefully it will go up.

Re: Average fico for getting approved with Road Loans

My mom was denied with scores 644.667.564, what happen was she applied with COAF, to refinance her current loan, but they denied her and i think COAF sent her App to Roadloans, because she had an inquiry from them on th same day as COAF!

Do Roadloans and COAF work together?

Re: Average fico for getting approved with Road Loans

I went to Lending Tree and received a few "YES"s on auto loans. (cap1 said no and i have 2 CCs with them.) Roadloans approved me with 16% and Directloans 13.99% were the lowest. When i went to the dealership (Nissan) with the checks they gave me a slightly better deal with 13% from AmeriCredit.(the finance guy negotitated the deal with the finance company. I have a 2007 Nissan Xterra with my FICO scores below 550. Thanks Nissan.  so far my scores are slowly going up (despite me having slow payments with SallieMae). I make my payments on time and have never been late. Keep trying if i can get a $30,000 truck with FICO scores below 600 you can get financed.

Does Lending tree just pull once for all the lenders then?  And what kind of down payment did you have, if I may ask...?

Re: Average fico for getting approved with Road Loans

I had one pull from all the lenders from Lending Tree. But the dealer pull was another one. They took my old car as a trade, not much but they took it. only money that I came out of pocket for was tags and title (a few hundred). SO basically I got the car with no money down with horrible scores.
