IIRC, the base MF is .00135 for the month of March.
I follow the industry closely. I was just reading about the manufacuters getting nervous because leasing is more popular than anytime in history and they are becoming concerned that resale of the vehicles when they are returned won't match the residuals they have offered. BMW seems to be becoming more conservative on residuals these past couple of months. I am getting the M2 later this year and learned the residuals they are offering were 49% on a 36 month lease which is insane. Point is keep a close eye on the residual values also because that change makes the M2 lease cost about the same as an M4 so I am not going to do a lease on my new car.

///M cars have always had awful residuals. Their non-M cars are still great. For example, the 340 is at 58% right now for 36 months and 15K miles per year (which means 61% for a 10K/year)
and i believe there is also a $1500 incentive as well right now ![]()
Also USAA offers a rebate even for leases most of them are 500 for a lease so if you can get into USAA that is another reason to do so. One other thing to do is join the BMWCCA and after one year your eligible for a rebate certificate that varies based on the car from 500 up to about 1500 I believe.

Yup. I got $1K a pop for my last 2 X5s, and $500 for my 335 from BMWCCA ![]()
