Cap 1 Blank Check Program - Using to purchase vehicle from a authorized dealership out of state

Anyone know if you can use it to purchase a vehicle out of state (assuming if they are on the franchised dealer list)? If so would you be kind to share the process as i am sure it may be a little different than doing a local purchase, maybe?

Thanks. I scratched the Cap one option due to the vehicle interested is over 7 years.
