Capital One Auto Navigator?

Can I still use my Capital One pre-qualification for a vehicle not listed on auto navigator? I did the income verification so all good to go. Dealer accepts CapOne financing.

As long as CapOne is part of the dealer's financing network you can still use the pre-qual. That being said if there is some factor about the vehicle that CapOne doesn't like (age, miles, loan to value, etc.) then they may not approve the financing and that could be why it is not listed on auto navigator. From my experience, CapOne usually doesn't have the best rates, so I would recommend shopping your rate.

I had the same issue when I found a car and it was not pulling up the VIN on Cap 1 Auto Navigator.

I called Cap 1 and they said it might be that the dealer has not uploaded to their site ?

As long as the dealer works with Cap 1, the best part is that you can not get screwed by a dealer markup.
