I have been getting offers in the mail at least twice a month saying they can refinance with rates as low as 3.69%. I decided to finally check it out. I purchased a 2011 Kia Soul in 12/2010 and was financed by Ally with 0 down at 8.99%. (bk discharged 3/2009 credit score at the time of 639 equifax) Went to Capital One and punched in all the information and hit submit and they actually approved me with a rate of 5.17%( pulled equifax credit score is 679)!! Sent in my income verification and over nighted my title. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice and said as soon as the title is received, they will cut the check. This process was really painless.
